Mike GunterFounding Partner
Mike is passionate about client service and leading people. He founded The Gunter Group in 2011 with a different philosophy on consulting and building teams. He enjoys watching people grow, develop, and discover their true path. Mike is a visionary and forward thinker with extensive multinational experience and a proven track record of serving clients. With more than 25 years of business leadership and consulting in a wide variety of challenging and ambiguous environments, Mike got his start in the industry at Deloitte Consulting and has since held executive leadership positions in consulting, supply chain services, and public education organizations. He has experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare and education. Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Mike spends his time with family, including his two boys, and tries to keep up with their many activities. He loves to travel and explore new and familiar places, tasting new wines while he is at it.

Outside of work, Leilah can be found hiking and backpacking around the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two dogs, or spending as much time in the ocean as possible.
Maddie is an experienced management consultant who partners with companies of all industries and sizes on projects from concept through implementation. She is ignited while working on strategy activation and breaking down complex problems into actionable roadmaps with engaged team members. Maddie finds that the most rewarding part of consulting is genuinely connecting with clients’ unique experience and co-creating solutions customized for their needs. Her experience spans multiple industries including healthcare, automotive, and small business sectors. Maddie holds an M.B.A from Portland State University, B.S.N. from Simmons College, and B.A. from College of the Holy Cross. Additionally, she has multiple SAFe certifications including Certified Scrum and Advanced Scrum Master, Teams, and Product Owner/Product Manager. Outside of the office, Maddie loves to do anything outdoors, especially hiking and nature photography, and enjoys exploring Oregon with her husband and adorable beagle.
Meagan GreenoughSenior Consultant
Meagan is an analytical problem solver with a passion for people. Trained and experienced as an engineer, Meagan has a solid foundation of leading teams in complex technical environments while excelling at the people side of the equation. Whether it’s building bridges between technical teams and their customers, or helping teams cope with change, Meagan establishes trust through a blend of rock-solid delivery and personal connection. As a business analyst and project leader, she has helped organizations deliver exceptional results while building cross-functional partnerships, elevating teams, and inspiring individuals. Meagan has experience in product development in the electronics industry, IT deployments and vendor management in retail, and change management in corporate flight departments. She holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and is also a certified Doula. In her spare time, Meagan is an aspiring skateboarder and always on a quest for new experiences.
Nate FergusonSenior Consultant
Nate is an adaptable and solutions-oriented consultant with a passion for effectiveness, efficiency, and pragmatism. Over the last 10 years he has worked in a variety of roles including business analyst, project leadership, account management, and IT product management. With his broad base of knowledge, Nate can quickly deep dive to understand complicated business and technical processes. He is particularly skilled at simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand components as well as creating a common vision and aligning resources to build and implement strategic plans. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Project Management Professional, Scrum Alliance CSPO, SAFe POPM, SAFe 4 Agilist, and SAFe Program Consultant. Outside of work, Nate enjoys camping and backpacking with his family. He also follows many forms of motorsport including Formula 1.
Paula is an experienced Program/Project Leader and Business Analyst who provides management and knowledge of business systems to lead teams, facilitate meetings within scope of the software development lifecycle, requirements management, program execution, and workflow process improvement. Paula is highly skilled at breaking down complex problems and utilizes her strong leadership and technical skills to quickly deliver managed solutions for her clients. Paula holds an M.B.A from Washington State University and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Linfield College. Additionally, she is a Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. Outside of work, Paula is an avid road bike cyclist and enjoys swimming, walking, and running and is a volunteer with the SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) program.
Rob AnteauSenior Consultant
Rob is a technical program leader who is adept at developing and executing programs utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies across multiple industries, from healthcare to the public sector. With a background in IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, network operations, and cyber security projects, Rob uses his technical expertise and business acumen to bring stakeholders together to ensure quality and timely delivery. He places importance on communication and being adaptable to a variety of environments. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in technology, Rob is committed to delivering a final product that is aligned with client objectives. Rob holds a B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit as well as the following certifications; SAFe 5 Agilist, Scrum Master, ITIL, ISTQB, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, and TMap. Rob is a fan of the maker movement and in particular enjoys electronics projects. His other passion is anything VW related and aircooled; he owns a 1978 Westfalia.
Samya is an experienced analyst and a forward thinker who is passionate about strategic planning, organizational development, and process efficiency. She has experience leading complex analytics projects to inform strategic and operational decision-making, particularly in the healthcare industry. She has a strong background in project leadership, market and business analysis, data visualization, planning facilitation, process optimization, and employee engagement. Samya specializes in solving difficult business problems and clearly communicating insights and recommendations to executives to build lasting relationships in complex organizations. Samya holds an M.B.A from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Samya enjoys skiing, running, climbing, and traveling.
Scott TheenerSenior Consultant
Scott has 10 years of dedicated experience as an Agile practitioner, Scrum Master, and Product Manager coaching teams, mentoring new Agilists, and leading successful projects. With his high attention to detail and a passion for independent research and translating findings into compelling visual presentations, Scott excels at change management, team facilitation, and emotional intelligence. He is known for being a natural detective and storyteller who is committed, organized, and a responsible teammate that prioritizes consensus and transparency in all situations. Scott holds a B.A. in Mass Communication/Journalism from Boise State University. He is also a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Advanced Scrum Master, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Outside of work, Scott loves exploring Oregon's great outdoors and is an avid college football fan who loves rooting for his Boise State Broncos. He also loves Portland's independent theaters such as Laurelhurst Theater, Hollywood Theater, and Cinema 21.
Stephen BaconSenior Consultant
Stephen is passionate about understanding the overarching strategic goals of an organization and leading the changes that are so often necessary to implement those strategies. His expertise is managing strategy and change projects across a variety of organizations. Stephen has spent twenty years leading initiatives at Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions and not-for-profits in the education services, technology, financial services, consumer products, and healthcare industries, including extensive international experience. Stephen is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), holds a green belt in Six Sigma, and is accredited in various psychometric assessments (MBTI, ESCI, NBI). He holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. In addition to his service on not-for-profit boards, Stephen has three young children and a chocolate lab. He lives and works in Portland, Oregon.

Vivian Dhadli-RobinsonSenior Consultant
Vivian is described as being the ultimate team player who understands that winning and success is a unified, collaborative effort. Due to her detail-oriented nature, Vivian operates exceptionally in a generalist role. She is highly adaptable and excels in both ambiguous and clearly-defined situations that require her to become the subject matter expert. In combination with her entrepreneurial spirit, Vivian's persistent attitude makes her unstoppable. With over a decade of experience working in management and consulting roles, Vivian's expertise spans a variety of industries including education, healthcare/health insurance, local government, and international imports. Her specific areas of expertise are program/project management, strategic partnerships, testing, training, business analysis, finance, and process improvement. Vivian holds an M.B.A in Finance and a Master's Degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School, as well as a B.S. in Business Information Systems from DeVry University. Yoonjung holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from University of California, Davis as well as a B.A. in International Studies from Ewha Womans University. Heidi BaderTalent Acquisition Lead
As TGG's Talent Acquisition Lead, Heidi helps coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for our candidates from start to finish. Heidi creates a welcoming and supportive process for all new potential hires transitioning from Applicant status to getting them landed on their first client engagement. In addition to talent acquisition, Heidi is also responsible for spearheading and planning most of TGG's company events playing a key role in contributing to TGG’s culture. Prior to joining TGG, Heidi was a physical education teacher for 10 years in various public school districts. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Arizona as well as an M.S. in School Health Education from West Virginia University. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her two kids and husband.
Melissa MullinOperations Assistant
Melissa is a driven problem solver who is highly organized and detail-oriented. Her tenacity and passion for learning allows her to take on new and challenging projects with confidence. As operations assistant, Melissa focuses primarily on marketing, business development, and financial reporting, adapting her skillset to meet company needs. Melissa has a strong foundation in project management, financial analysis, and team building. She has industry experience in consumer business, technology, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector. Melissa holds an M.S.W in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from Sonoma State University. Outside of work, Melissa is always looking for the next adventure. She is an avid traveler and particularly enjoys all things that bring her closer to the water.
Rothana MaoOffice Coordinator
Rho keeps the wheels turning and running smoothly at the TGG office. In addition to being a key point of contact for our vendors, and employees, she helps plan and coordinates all company events, including team building, development workshops, and internal operations. Rho plays a key role in daily bookkeeping, benefits administration, and system administration. She coordinates and assists new hires in onboarding and is a resource for most HR Administrative and System administrative needs. She works directly with our business manager and partners, taking on ad-hoc projects and providing additional support in many areas of daily operations. Outside of the office, Rho enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, and enjoying time outdoors with her family.
Ryan DurrettMarketing Programs Manager
Ryan is a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and bringing content to life. His collaborative approach and creativity lay the foundation for every project he tackles. In his role as Marketing Programs Manager, Ryan works to share the TGG story, align all branding efforts, and grow our company’s reach and impact. Ryan’s marketing experience includes the Sports Marketing, Hospitality, Restaurant, and Education industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University, an M.A.T. from Pacific University, and a School Administrator License from George Fox University; he is also HubSpot CRM certified. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys coaching high school and youth sports and spending time with his wife, two sons, and large extended family.
