Ande is known for his ease in finding creative and innovative solutions to ambiguous problems. He is passionate about using data to drive statistically based decisions, especially in situations where the data isn’t obvious or easy to come by. His positivity, patience, and leadership skills have allowed him to build strong relationships and have garnered commitment from all involved to help teams achieve their goals. From industrial venting to medical device manufacturing, Ande has successfully executed complex design and manufacturing changes in diverse industries. Ande has honed his leadership and project management skills navigating cross functional teams in the highly regulated medical device industry. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and is a Certified Scrum Master. If he’s not at work you can probably find Ande in one of four places: on the golf course, exploring a new coffee shop, working on personal business ventures, or traveling the world.
