With more than 20 years of experience in application innovation, Sanjay Pathak brings deep expertise across the Information Technology landscape. He began his career as an Architect at Infosys Technologies and went on to spend over 15 years with The North Highland Company as a Principal Consultant. In this role, he partnered with organizations across diverse industries—including automotive manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and healthcare—helping them modernize their technology ecosystems and achieve measurable business outcomes. Throughout his career, Sanjay has demonstrated strong leadership in guiding teams and business executives to successfully adopt and scale transformative technologies such as cloud computing, intelligent automation (RPA and AI), mobile solutions, enterprise integrations, data science, and process reengineering. Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds multiple professional certifications across the technology domain. His published articles and thought leadership pieces reflect his commitment to leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges. Based in Nashville, Sanjay and his wife, Neeta, enjoy an active life with their daughter and son. Outside of work, he is passionate about traveling, cooking, gardening, hiking, and racquet sports.
