Massive Transformation; More or less?

Does every transformation need to be massive to be effective? Not at all…

In fact, the best changes often come from a series of pragmatic, incremental steps rather than sweeping overhauls. When leaders focus on implementing small, targeted improvements, the impact can be profound without the high risk and disruption of large-scale initiatives.
