Beth is an effective change agent and project management consultant skilled at implementing organizational health strategies at all levels of an organization. She thrives on quickly identifying key priorities and a clear road map in ambiguous, challenging environments. Beth’s strong organizational and communication skills garner commitment, teamwork and achieve results. She has been described as a leader that gets the work done and an advisor that offers an expanded viewpoint to help manage organizational change and transformation. She has worked in financial services, education, and nonprofits. Beth holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Speech Communication and German from Willamette University. Beth is a classically-trained soprano and sings with the professional-caliber Oregon Repertory Singers. When she’s not working or singing she enjoys hiking with her family, cooking and exploring Portland’s culinary landscape.
