As TGG’s Talent Acquisition Manager, Heidi helps oversee the complete recruiting process, from posting positions to presenting offers. Heidi leads TGG’s onboarding process for new TGGers joining the organization and ensures all new team members feel prepared and supported when they join the firm. Prior to joining TGG, Heidi was a physical education teacher for 10 years. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Arizona as well as an M.S. in School Health Education from West Virginia University. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her two kids and husband.
