Viewed by her peers as a thoughtful, dependable, and engaged professional, Lisel is passionate about working with organizations, connecting with their people, and utilizing her strengths to make a difference. Prior to joining TGG, Lisel spent 11 years as an IT Leader in higher education and also worked in the healthcare industry as a Business Analyst for six years. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in German from the University of Portland, and is a Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. In her free time Lisel enjoys hiking, music, reading, spending time with her husband and two children, along with their feisty cat and amazing dog.
