With a foundation in high-tech engineering and over 16 years of combined experience in product development and management consulting, she brings clarity, structure, and empathy to complex business transformations. Her approach is rooted in collaboration and human-centered design—meeting people where they are, building trust, and aligning teams around shared goals. Meagan has successfully led large, cross-functional initiatives across industries including healthcare benefits, retail, finance and accounting, corporate aviation, and electronics. She excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring sustainable solutions that drive both business outcomes and employee engagement. Whether guiding IT deployments, vendor transitions, or organizational change, Meagan delivers results through a blend of sharp analysis, personal connection, and rock-solid execution. She holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and is also a certified Doula—reflecting her unique commitment to supporting people through all forms of transformation.
