Rick is a highly organized, experienced professional that thrives on solving complicated problems, delivering high impact results, and growing teams of people. Prior to joining TGG, Rick spent 19 years in the Professional Services industry where he focused on implementing a variety of technology solutions, ERP integrations, and data insights. Rick has taken on many roles in his career, including program manager, development director, and operations manager. Rick holds a M.S. degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon, B.S. degree in Political Science from Oregon State University, and is a Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. In his free time Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children, skiing, biking, exploring the northwest, cheering on the Oregon State Beavers and Seattle Mariners, and fueling his newly found interest in F1 racing.
