He enjoys watching people grow, develop, and discover their true path. Mike is a visionary and forward thinker with extensive multinational experience and a proven track record of serving clients. With more than 25 years of business leadership and consulting in a wide variety of challenging and ambiguous environments, Mike got his start in the industry at Deloitte Consulting and has since held executive leadership positions in consulting, supply chain services, and public education organizations. He has experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare and education. Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Mike spends his time with family, including his two boys, and tries to keep up with their many activities. He loves to travel and explore new and familiar places, tasting new wines while he is at it.

Ashleigh brings over 30 years of management consulting experience with deep expertise in the evolving healthcare market. She combines practical insight, a strong grasp of organizational culture, and a focus on results to help clients drive impactful change in health plans—boosting employee engagement, enhancing HR experiences, and reducing costs for employers and employees. A strong advocate for direct Employer-Provider relationships, Ashleigh has played a pivotal role in developing Community Owned Health Plans across multiple states, earning recognition for driving employee participation. Her career spans leadership roles at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and The Gunter Group, where she has advised Fortune 100 C-suite executives. Matt’s passion and leadership purpose is all about helping teams reach their highest potential. He has spent the majority of his academic, military, and consulting career studying and employing character-based leadership principles in challenging and ambiguous environments. For more than 18 years, Jim has been leading diverse teams in the military, retail/e-commerce, and health care sectors. Jim has spent years driving change in a variety of areas within various client organizations with a focus on leading teams through digital transformation. Jim has led program and project teams, coached Agile teams and product managers, as well as worked with teams through new product development, process improvement, and developing communications strategy. Jim serves as TGG’s Agile Services Lead and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Portland, an M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a B.A. in Political Science from Youngstown State University. He is also a certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Agile Coach and Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach.

Matt is an experienced solutions architect with a results-oriented understanding of the intersection between reality and architectural theory. He has the ability to plan, develop, and implement large-scale projects while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. With 20 years of functional information technology experience, Matt has end-to-end IT knowledge from layer 1 networking to application API interaction. Steve is passionate about empowering clients to establish and execute their organization’s strategy by guiding them to answer the questions, “Where are we going?” and “How will we get there?” Beyond consulting, Steve serves on not-for-profit boards and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the topics of strategy, finance, economics, and organizational behavior. John utilizes his expertise from his computational and mathematical background to help organizations solve complex problems, answer challenging questions, and identify trends in data to inform forward thinking decisions. Prior to joining TGG John worked in the biochemical, biotechnical, and bioinformatic fields. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a PhD in Biochemistry as well. In his spare time John enjoys cooking, playing board games, reading, writing short stories, and drawing.

John has developed broad experience managing client business needs and relationships in a wide variety of complex environments. He is adept at creating structure around ambiguous deliverables by digging into the details in data-driven environments. Comfortable in any client setting, John is able to integrate within different teams, quickly understand the complexities of the task at hand and, above all, add value. John possesses diverse experience working in high-tech, retail, construction, power utilities, and training and development industries. From project managing large projects and developing organizational process improvements as a business analyst to overhauling a company’s CRM system, John can tackle client needs from many angles. John holds a B.A. from the University of Oregon and an M.P.A. from Portland State University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Agilist. Outside of work, you’ll find John on the mountain bike trails in the sun and rain and on the mountain when there’s snow.

Prior to joining TGG, Jon spent over 25 years in IT, Reporting and Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, Operations, and Project Management. Jon is known for his analytical and supportive approach that focuses on a balance of optimization and rationalization. He welcomes opportunities to work with a wide variety of organizations throughout different industries and help them deliver positive change. Jon holds a degree in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois. Away from work you can find Jon cycling, traveling, hiking, trying a new restaurant, or spending time with his family.

Jordyn is an analytical and detail-oriented consultant who is passionate about all forms of change management and culture initiatives. She has a background in training, content creation, and go-live facilitation. When supporting clients, Jordyn enjoys learning and gaining understanding through frequent conversations and interviews that help uncover pertinent details and opportunities. Jordyn holds a Bachelor’s of Science from The University of Illinois and is a certified PROSCI Change Management Professional. Jordyn is a former college gymnast who still enjoys staying active in her free time along with traveling to see family and friends, delicious brunch outings, and spending time with her fiancé and two cats (Aria and Spade).

In his free time Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children, skiing, biking, exploring the northwest, cheering on the Oregon State Beavers and Seattle Mariners, and fueling his newly found interest in F1 racing.

She previously worked as a Senior Consultant, collaborating closely with clients to improve operations and drive organizational effectiveness. In her current role, Laura leads the People and Culture team with a focus on building thoughtful workplace structures, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering engagement and performance across the firm. As TGG’s Recruiting and Staffing Manager, Heidi leads the full talent process—from hiring and onboarding new team members to aligning consultants with client engagements that match their skills and interests. Before joining TGG, Heidi spent a decade as a physical education teacher. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in School Health Education from West Virginia University. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

As TGG’s Executive Assistant, Jodi supports our leadership team with day-to-day administrative items and has a passion for meeting and event planning. Jodi enjoys project management and is always looking for a challenge. She is a strategic thought partner who has over 20 years supporting executive-level leaders. Jodi holds an A.A. in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Mt. Hood Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys attending sporting events and country concerts as well as cooking, camping, hiking, and spending time with family.

Liz is a skilled human resources professional who uses an open-minded and supportive approach to make an impact on individuals and business organizations. As Client Development and Marketing Manager at The Gunter Group, Molly leads the firm’s marketing strategy and client development efforts. She focuses on building meaningful connections with prospective clients, driving lead generation, and amplifying TGG’s brand through strategic content, outreach campaigns, and media initiatives. With a background in retail operations and recruiting, Molly brings a practical, people-centered mindset to her work. She is known for her organized approach, clear communication, and ability to connect brand storytelling with business growth. Molly holds a B.S. in Journalism Public Relations from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, she enjoys running, workout classes, and spending time with friends and family.

Paige joined the TGG team after spending 3 years as an e-commerce website manager. Paige is known for her problem solving, team-first approach and being an enthusiastic self-starter who focuses on common goal solutions. She is passionate about improving systems, supporting others, and thinking outside the box. Paige holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the University of Portland. Outside of work Paige enjoys spending her time reading, camping, hiking, going to the beach, and cooking with her husband and dog.

Sara is a dedicated executor; she keeps the TGG ship sailing smoothly in Operations. Sara strives to make everyone’s daily work experience positive and well supported.
