Each year Oregon Business Magazine compiles the list based on a survey that measures employee engagement, satisfaction and employer benefits.  More than 200 companies and 10,000 employees participated in this year’s survey. The final placement results for the top 100 companies will be announced at the at the Oregon Business Magazine’s 100 Best dinner, to be held on March 2, 2017 at the Oregon Convention Center.
