Madeline brings extensive experience in organizational design and digital transformation consulting, primarily in the healthcare industry. She has served in strategic advisor and program management roles for federal health agencies in Washington DC, supporting enterprise initiatives and large-scale deployments of new technologies, including AI solutions. She enjoys engaging with clients on how to translate data to value and on the development of strategies for change management and user adoption. Madeline and her family are excited to be back in Portland, where she grew up. Go Ducks!
