Beth Woods specializes in leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. She brings deep expertise in governance, stakeholder alignment, and change management, helping organizations successfully deliver large-scale initiatives across the insurance, education, supply chain, and nonprofit sectors. Known for her ability to navigate ambiguity and mobilize teams, Beth ensures transformation efforts are both effective and well received. She holds an M.A. in Speech Communication with a specialization in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Speech Communication and German from Willamette University. Outside of work, Beth is a classically trained soprano who performs with the Oregon Repertory Singers. She also enjoys hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, and traveling.
