Recognized by her peers for her innovative, curious, and personable approach, Eleanor is passionate about projects that intersect with improving processes and empowering people and teams to reach their full potential. Eleanor enjoys bringing stakeholders together to innovate and collaboratively solve problems. Eleanor has a degree in Psychology, has done post graduate work in Theology, and is ICAgile Certified. Prior to joining TGG, she worked for a government contractor and in the non-profit sector as well. Outside of work Eleanor enjoys spending time in the mountains, visiting a new coffee shop, writing music, reading, and spending time with friends.
