Frank is an experienced project manager with more than 6 years performing effective program oversight, project management, business and program analysis for the public and private sectors. He has managed a diverse array of projects related to software development, business analysis, organizational reviews, data analysis, business process reengineering, COTs, and State and Federal programs. Additionally, Frank has experience in providing IT project management support for Operations and Maintenance and New Software Development initiatives throughout all phases of the software development life cycle. Frank holds a B.S. in Anthropology from Radford University and is a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Agilist.
