Laura Emily

Laura serves in dual leadership roles at The Gunter Group, where she is both the People and Culture Leader and Chief of Staff. She previously worked as a Senior Consultant, collaborating closely with clients to improve operations and drive organizational effectiveness. In her current role, Laura leads the People and Culture team with a focus on building thoughtful workplace structures, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering engagement and performance across the firm. As Chief of Staff, she guides TGG’s leadership teams in strategic planning and operational governance, ensuring alignment between the firm’s people, processes, and long-term goals. Laura is known for her grounded leadership style and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges with clarity and care. Laura’s expertise lies in building people-centered systems that drive business performance. She focuses on executive team effectiveness, organizational design, scalable talent strategies, and change leadership. Her work is rooted in systems thinking, integrity, and collaboration—connecting strategic vision with practical execution. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at Oregon State University.
