Laura holds dual roles at TGG as People and Culture Leader and Chief of Staff. Previously, she served as a Senior Consultant at TGG, partnering with clients to optimize business functions and enhance organizational effectiveness. Now, she leads TGG’s People and Culture team, focusing on strengthening workplace structure, enhancing employee experience and engagement, and driving performance. As Chief of Staff, Laura oversees TGG’s strategic planning and leadership team governance, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and the firm’s objectives. With over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, Laura is passionate about fostering positive work environments. She is recognized for her strong yet compassionate leadership and her ability to navigate complex challenges with grace and collaboration. Laura’s expertise includes leadership coaching, organizational design, change management, business operations, talent development, and project management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at Oregon State University. Laura also serves as an Ambassador Board Member for CASA.
