Lindsey is a highly focused and organized management consultant with ten years of experience leading teams in high-stress, unstructured situations as well as organizational transitions such as at driving systems change and developing diverse stakeholder teams to operate more effectively. Combining her unique background as clergy with business expertise, she utilizes well-developed communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to work with individuals at all levels of an organization. She has worked in nonprofits, higher ed, and healthcare. Lindsey holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Portland State University, M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and B.A. in Music from the College of William and Mary. Lindsey is also a Certified SAFe Agilist. Outside of work, she is a classically trained vocalist, is an enthusiastic home cook, is a voracious reader, loves swimming, and spends time with her spouse and their two dogs and cat.
