Meagan is an analytical problem solver with a passion for people. Trained and experienced as an engineer, Meagan has a solid foundation of leading teams in complex technical environments while excelling at the people side of the equation. Whether it’s building bridges between technical teams and their customers, or helping teams cope with change, Meagan establishes trust through a blend of rock-solid delivery and personal connection. As a business analyst and project leader, she has helped organizations deliver exceptional results while building cross-functional partnerships, elevating teams, and inspiring individuals. Meagan has experience in product development in the electronics industry, IT deployments and vendor management in retail, and change management in corporate flight departments. She holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and is also a certified Doula. In her spare time, Meagan is an aspiring skateboarder and always on a quest for new experiences.
