Taylor is a results-driven consultant with a natural curiosity that drives him to ask questions that lead to solutions. He thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments where he can utilize his leadership and communication skills to build consensus and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders. Taylor has a passion for streamlining business processes to improve workflow and managing the people side of change. He enjoys connecting and collaborating with others using his diverse array of interests. Taylor holds a B.A. in International Studies with a Minor in Philosophy from CSU Chico and was a Coro Fellows in Public Affairs. He is also a Certified SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Professional, and a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner. Outside of work, you can find Taylor in the middle of a pickup game for any sport, a jam session with bandmates, or exploring neighborhoods with his wife and miniature Australian Shepherd.
